Arbitration is one of the alternative methods of settling disputes (so called ADR). In recent years we can see a dynamic increase in popularity of arbitration, which is related to its inseparable characteristics such as, among others, quick resolution and deformalized character. Those characteristics make arbitration an alternative for common courts.

In this area, our office represents Clients before arbitration courts, both permanent and appointed ad hoc. Legal assistance provided by us also includes the pre-trial stage, which includes, among others, preparation of arbitration agreements.
