He has worked at our office since 2012. He specialises in civil law and procedure as well as in administrative law, with special consideration of the right to public information access. He is also interested in the issues of law related to non-government organisations.
Since 2010 he has been the President of “Młody głos” (“Young Voice”) Association, and since November 2012 he has been a councillor at the District Council no. 12 – Staromiejskie in Toruń.
